Overview Report
For a general summary of the state of your endpoints, this report is your first stop. Get a quick, comprehensive look at the history and status of your applied patches, as well as a breakdown of outstanding patches by severity and patch age. Want to drill deeper into each group? This report has you covered with intuitive click-through actions.
Activity Log
If you're asking “What happened with my patch?”, the activity log report tracks all automated and manual actions taken by the Automox agent over a select period. With search prompts by policy or device, quickly access your customized patch manifest with the option to immediately export these findings to a CSV file.
Needs Attention Report
By simply selecting a group, or all groups, in the drop-down menu, this report provides a list of endpoints within a group requiring attention including relevant information such as the:
- policy name
- severity
- days exposed
- issue details
With direct insight into these “Needs Attention” devices, quickly resolve any roadblocks to patching and reduce your vulnerability exposure window.
Pre-Patch Report
As the name suggests, this report provides an exhaustive list of all pending patches by group and endpoint with relevant exposure and severity information. With full visibility into your scheduled patches, effectively assess potential internal impacts and understand what's needed to successfully execute upcoming patches.
Policy Results Reports
Quickly validate that your most recent patches were deployed and uncover any roadblocks with Policy Results reporting. With the ability to verify if your patches were successfully applied in real-time, easily demonstrate security compliance with key stakeholders in addition to identifying patches that may require additional troubleshooting and action.
Data Extracts
Automox offers two downloadable data extract reports, either on-demand or by time frame (up to 90 days), of your historical patching and API activity in a CSV file. These audit log files can be easily queued and extracted to gain further insights into actions taken by a specific user at a given time.
