He built a workflow called worklets on demand that ties a ticketing system such as Freshservice to the Automox API so a Worklet runs the repair steps directly on the endpoint when the agent next checks in. That replaces the scheduling, remote desktop sessions, and back-and-forth phone calls with a local sequence that disables and re-enables the adapter, reinstalls drivers, and runs firmware checks on its own.
