The annual Best Places to Work awards highlight companies in the Denver area whose operations are providing the best workplace environments for employees to thrive. Nominations were accepted from the public, and employees were asked to complete online surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace. Quantum Workplace employee surveys measure different aspects of each company’s culture, from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership and more. Responses from the surveys were compiled, evaluated, and ranked by Quantum based on their composite scores.
Our nomination for this award was made prior to our shift to fully remote work due to COVID-19 in early March. Despite the sudden shift of moving our teams from onsite to offsite operations, I've been amazed by how well the company and our employees have rallied to maintain the culture and efficiencies we had in the office to a virtual environment. In fact, some might say we've done so much more to keep the dialogue open and improve our culture now that we are being challenged by the broader distribution of our teams. I continue to be impressed by the efforts our employees make to be true to who we are as a company.
