After several permutations that tell them what Turnkey Results isn't — like a service or marketing fluff — I've landed on something super simple: Turnkey Results gives every member of your IT or security team the expertise of 1.4 billion policy runs.
Turnkey Results distills 10 years of Automox experience into a proven Blueprint to produce desired outcomes.
First of all, Turnkey Results is an application. It's software built to learn an organization's current and desired states, then use proprietary data from our history of running 1.4 billion policies across millions of endpoints to prescribe a personalized Blueprint to deliver that desired state.
And while it is software, it's not a tool we give or sell to people. It sits outside the Automox platform. We use the Turnkey Results application on behalf of customers to expertly guide the process of creating their personalized Blueprint.
Turnkey guided inputs teach the application everything it needs to know to draft a reliable Blueprint.
Over the course of a 20-minute Blueprint interview and discussion, an Automox expert guides the customer through:
Describing their environment — OS and device distributions, platforms, locations, bandwidth constraints, air-gaps
Describing their current state — MTTR, change rigor, governance, org structure, workflow maturity, ring design
Describing desired goals — ranking and rating outcomes, desired MTTR
Describing operating preferences — philosophy and priorities, risk tolerance, reboot requirements, patch windows, notification behaviors

The Turnkey Results Blueprint flows seamlessly into the Implementation Design.
Turnkey Results produces two main documents: the Blueprint and the Implementation Design.
The Blueprint is a 10-page personalized prescription that bridges the gap between an organization's current state and its desired state.
The Implementation Design is 20+ pages, derived from an additional guided interview with more detailed questions, and it gets super specific, down to action-item checklists.
Once we have an Implementation Design for a customer, we can deploy it to Automox immediately, or our customer can deploy it themselves.

But Turnkey Results is not a one-and-done approach either. Because our Turnkey Results application knows our customers' desired state, it can also identify any drift from the Blueprint, keeping customers on track month after month.
