You’re Invited to Join the New & Improved Automox Community

Attention IT enthusiasts and Automox customers alike: In case you haven’t heard, we just released the new and improved Automox Community! This time, it’s all for you! 

If you’ve been an Automox customer for a while you probably know we’ve had a community for a few years. But the truth of the matter is, we haven’t been able to fully support it like we want to – until now! 

You told us what you needed and we listened. And we’ll keep listening. 

We’ve made big changes over on community.automox.com. Why? We want to make your experience more valuable and interesting. The Automox Community is all about YOU. 

In that vein, we made it easier for you to find resources, join in on discussions, share your learning, ask your questions, and get helpful responses. And we’ll continue to add, adapt, and improve so the community becomes your go-to spot for all things endpoint management.

1. Find, share, and create more Worklets to simplify your life

Worklets™ empower IT professionals to create, automate, and enforce any custom task on endpoints. Based on PowerShell and BASH scripting, Worklets™ are reusable units of work that can be applied across Windows, Linux, and macOS devices irrespective of location or domain membership (faqs to learn more here). 

Automox creates Worklets any of our customers can use. Explore the Worklets Catalog to see which scripts can make your life easier. Our customers also get creative and create their own Worklets that they’re kind enough to share! You’ll find Worklets created by other Community members here. 

2. Join a judgment-free zone to ask other Automox customers and employees questions 

We all start somewhere, so whether you’re an ITOps newbie or a seasoned pro, you’re welcome here. Communities thrive because of the members who participate fully and openly, so ask questions, start discussions, and feel free to speak up. You get out what you put in! 

It’s a great opportunity to meet and learn with other customers or our employees about how to make the most of Automox or share some of your knowledge. We hope to chat with you soon! 

3. Find resources and info to level up with ease

We know that sometimes it’s hard to find information like additions to our third-party title catalog or new features. Keep an eye on this category where we’re going to start posting more of that information and more. 

Our team also cranks out a lot of resources like the 2023 State of ITOps Report or Patch Tuesday summaries, but now we’ll make sure those resources are even easier to find in the Community. 

4. Learn with and from each other  

The Automox Community doesn’t have to just be about how you use Automox. It can also be about you learning new skills that help you advance your career, whether that’s networking or coding. It can all start here. 

You can use the Community Worklets to fuel your coding experience. You can join technical workshops to meet others and make some new connections. Be on the lookout for more learning opportunities soon.
