UK Modern Slavery Act Statement
Introduction
Automox Inc. (“Automox”) ensures that employees are hired on their own free will. Modern slavery is a term used to encompass slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor, bonded and child labor, and human trafficking. Automox does not engage in and explicitly bans the use of any modern slavery, forced labor or exploitative working conditions. We are committed to a safe, healthy, and violence-free work environment in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Supply Chains
Automox’s offerings are considered software as a service (SaaS). We do not sell physical products through a supply chain. Accordingly, the risk of modern slavery in our industry is low. We expect all of our vendors to comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, employment laws and anti-corruption laws. To the extent we become aware of a legal violation that impacts a vendor’s ability to lawfully provide services, Automox will terminate the relationship.
Automox Code of Conduct
All Automox employees are expected to acknowledge and adhere to Automox’s Code of Conduct, including anti-slavery, anti-harassment, anti-bribery, anti-trust and compliance with laws policies. The Code of Conduct is easily accessible by our employees. Employees are also encouraged to speak up and ask questions or raise any concerns relating to our Code of Conduct. Automox does not employ anyone under the age of 18. Automox also offers employees support for personal or work issues via an Employee Assistance Program.
Training
All Automox employees are required to complete annual trainings on anti-harassment and anti-discrimination, and privacy and compliance, including compliance with the Automox Code of Conduct, which includes Automox’s policy prohibiting modern slavery within the organization and by any Automox business partners.
Further Actions
Automox aspires to build something great together, by upholding a high standard of integrity for ourselves and our company. The Automox Code of Conduct is built around the recognition that everything we do in connection with our work at Automox should be measured against the highest possible standards of ethical business conduct.
