AI/ML Model Training

Automox’s Ask Otto™ allows customers to access ChatGPT through the console to leverage generative AI technologies to write scripts for use in our worklet automation capabilities.  Automox is developing, but has not yet released, features that use AI/ML technologies to automate IT operations.

Model training is a way to make AI/ML-powered features more accurate and effective by learning from data. The technology improves through usage and subsequent training.

Automox will tailor the data used for training based on the availability of the model.

• Customer Specific Models: Automox will only use data identified with a customer (or individual user) if that model is solely available for use by that customer ONLY.

• Platform Models: Automox will only use anonymized data (which cannot be identified with a specific customer or individual user) if that model is available to multiple customers.

• Ask Otto: Automox has opted-out of having any input to Ask Otto used to train ChatGPT models.

Automox AI/ML models will only be available to Automox customers to use for their own internal business operations and not for any third-party use.

Yes. Customers can affirmatively opt out of using AI/ML technology features.

Yes, customers can opt out from having their data used to train AI/ML models.  If customers do this, then they will not be able to use Customer-Specific Models, and Platform Models will not be optimized for them.
