Summary
Automox is shipping an enhanced policy results report that carries up to 400 days of rolling historical data and extends beyond patch policies to cover worklets and required software. Senior product manager Emily Pace, product designer Stephanie Rizzuto, and back-end engineer Tommy Rogers built it on six to nine months of customer interviews, addressing nearly every piece of feedback gathered since the original report shipped. Two new statuses, remediation not applicable and not included, account for every endpoint in a policy run, including ones that are offline, deferred, or filtered out. The design now surfaces failure reasons inside the device table, adds a group-by-policy view, and introduces a policy run history tab with trend line graphs. On the back end, the team keeps about 6 billion records in an Aurora database and holds API responses under 500 milliseconds by separating the read path from the write path.
