My item sold out. Will it restock?

Some stuff comes back. Some stuff gets replaced with new stuff.

Not an Automox customer?

No problem. You can still earn points by joining Community or taking AXU courses. Some rewards are customer-only, but most are fair game.

Earn in three places:

• Community: Sign up, post, reply, or get marked “best answer.”

• Automox University: Complete levels, certifications, best practice courses, and onboarding webinars.

• Otto HQ: Complete ASKs, give a reference, star in a webinar, or participate in a case study.

How do I sign up?

Click here. Use your AXU or Community email (business emails only).

Retroactive points hit your profile within two business days.

Can I get points for stuff I already did?

• Yes — for AXU activities.

• No — for Community (for now).

Top right of Otto HQ. Look for the coin icon — hover to see your Current Balance.
